Pholiota microspora, commonly known as Pholiota nameko or shortly nameko, is a small, amber-brown mushroom with a slightly gelatinous coating that is used as an ingredient in miso soup and nabemono. In some countries this mushroom is available in kit form and can be grown at home. It is one of Japan's most popular cultivated mushrooms, tastes slightly nutty and is often used in stir-fries. They are also sold dried.
In Mandarin Chinese the mushroom is known as 滑子蘑; (Pinyin: huá zi mó) or 滑菇; (Pinyin: huá gū). In Russia it is also consumed widely, and is known as (often sold as) "o-pyo-nok" (опёнок) or plural "o-pya-ta" (опята). In America the mushroom is sometimes called a "butterscotch mushroom".

一种冬、春季发生的菌盖粘滑的木腐菌，为主要人工栽培食用菌之一。属球盖菇科（Strophariaceae）鳞伞属。学名Pholiota nameko Ito ex Imai.，又名光帽鳞伞，光帽黄伞。每100g干菇含粗蛋白质21.8g，脂肪4.25g,碳水化合物64.8g，纤维素7.35g。子实体含丰富的多糖，能提高机体的免疫力。在自然界多生长于壳斗科（Fagaceae）等阔叶树的倒木或树桩上，松木或未完全死亡的阔叶树杆上也能生长。
